POSITION : TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Strategic management of all industrial and technical related functions  including Planning, Production, Maintenance, Projects, Investment and  overall plant performance.  

Preparation of the annual and multi-annual budgets of the company in  coordination with the subsidiary functions and HQ in Italy  

Preparation with the plant the annual production and maintenance plans Close coordination with commercial needs local and export  

Setting technical KPIs and Plant objectives to meet the company's sales  plan and financial targets  

Managing the plant team to achieve the optimum Industrial and Cost  efficiencies  Aligning and Reporting on regular basis Technical performance with HQ in Italy  Reporting to COO
