POSITION : PROCESS AND REFRACTORIES

Follow up the process continuity and adjust all production Process.Set Best demonstrated practices to achieve highest production (Increased Kilin productivity to6800TPD).Responsible for supervising employees to ensure that work is performed in a way that leads toexpected output volumes/quality in the Kiln areas refractory's units.Manage the operations safely and effectively to the parameters set out by the Process and Qualitydepartments, within budget.Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory legislation and the internal company Safety, Healthand Environmental Standards.Responsibility for ensuring all employees and contractors in the Pyro process adhere to the policies, procedures, and instructions set for the organization.

Assess risks, carry Risk Assessments for production activities, and that personnel from other departments or contractors have risk assessments for the work to be carried out in the area.

Responsible for ensuring good housekeeping. Set, monitor and control department budgets.

Drive improvements in plant availability and performance, including costs, by the implementation of production best practices across the Burnina and Grindina department.

Liaise between functions to ensure consistency, coordination, and best practice to eliminate losses from poor practices,expedite learning. etc.

Support the development of production staff by defining, and where necessary providing training in activities that support production improvement and coaching.

Set up and implement standard operating procedures for the department.
